Brentwood Police investigate November’s third bank robbery

BRENTWOOD POLICE DEPARTMENT

The Brentwood Police Department is investigating a bank robbery that occurred at Pinnacle Bank located at 128 Franklin Road.

The incident was reported at approximately 3:55 p.m. on Thursday, November 29. A male suspect robbed a bank employee and fled on foot with an undetermined amount of currency.

The suspect is described as a male black, approximately 5’9” with a thin build wearing a gray “hoodie” type sweatshirt, gray sweat pants and a blue knit hat. The suspect did not display a weapon during the incident.

It is the third bank robbery reported in Brentwood in November. A bank robber threatened a teller and demanded cash at about 3 p.m. on Nov. 1 at the SunTrust Bank branch at 201 Franklin Road. Someone also robbed the FirstBank branch located at 5029 Harpeth Drive, Brentwood, Tennessee, at approximately 2:40 p.m. on Monday, November 19. All three locations are just blocks apart.
