Brentwood’s Jackson Bruck and band win Music City Mayhem contest

Singer / Songwriter and 2010 Brentwood High School graduate Jackson Bruck and his band The Dukes of Hume went through weeks of public online voting to win Lightning 100’s Music City Mayhem contest.

They will perform at Live on the Green in downtown Nashville on Sept. 1.

The Dukes of Hume originally were among 32 bands selected from more than 300 submissions. The list was whittled down to four (plus the wild card) by public online voting, and came down to a showdown of the five bands in front of a panel of music industry judges on July 6.
