Charlie Neese, longtime TV meteorologist in Nashville and Jackson Tennessee, Tuscaloosa, Alabama and Cape Girardeau, Missouri, will assume the role of managing broker of Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty’s Franklin office beginning April 1, 2019.
Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty’s CEO, Jessica Averbuch, praised the Nashville native’s understanding of the market, professionalism and passion for real estate.
“We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Charlie into this role as managing broker and as an official member of the company’s leadership team,” Averbuch said. “He is unwavering in his service-minded approach to clients, and also understands the tools and environment our agents need to thrive. With the robust and changing real estate market in Williamson County, Charlie is the respected, forward-thinking leader we need.”
Neese, who now lives in Franklin with his family, has been an affiliate broker with Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty for four years and is one of Middle Tennessee’s top producers.
Previously, he spent more than two decades as a weatherman, winning multiple Emmy awards for his severe weather coverage and severe weather safety television series.
Neese says that he recognizes Williamson County’s growing real estate needs, and he is confident the team in place will continue to excel as the office expands.
“Our Williamson County team is highly regarded for its professionalism, knowledge and passion, as well as their ability to create ‘stress free’ transactions,” Neese said in a press release announcing his new role. “Their voice is an important asset not only to me, but to our clients. Together we will continue to provide exceptional service, utilize the full capabilities of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand and platforms, and ultimately deliver the best possible results for our clients.”
