CRIME REPORT: Thefts from vehicles top this week’s Brentwood crime report

The latest crime report issued by the Brentwood Police Department includes several thefts from motor vehicles and free car wash cards stolen from a local business.

A cash drawer containing currency was stolen from Brantley’s on Church Street East on Nov. 4. The culprit forced entry through the front door. Police have no suspects.

There were several thefts from motor vehicles, including money and a credit card stolen from a vehicle on Volunteer Boulevard on Nov. 5. The front passenger side window was broken. Police have no suspects.

A purse and its contents were stolen from a vehicle parked on Mallory Lane on Nov. 5, with it’s front passenger side window broken. Police have no suspects.

On the same day, another purse and its contents were stolen from a vehicle parked on Volunteer Boulevard. The rear passenger side window was broken. Police have no suspects.

Sometime between Nov. 5 and 6, a purse and its contents were stolen from a vehicle on Brentwood Point. There were no signs of forced entry and police have no suspects.

On Nov. 8, two purses and their contents were stolen from a vehicle parked on Old Hickory Boulevard. There were no signs of forced entry and police have no suspects.

On the same day, an iPad with it’s case was stolen from a vehicle on Granny White Pike. There were no signs of forced entry and police have no suspects.

In general thefts, a wallet and its contents were taken from a victim’s purse while she shopped at a store on Franklin Road on Nov. 5. Police have no suspects.

Free car wash cards were stolen from the Brentwood Auto Wash on Wilson Pike Circle on Nov. 5. The suspect reached over the counter and took the cards, but has been identified and charges are pending.

An iPhone with its case was stolen from the bleacher area near a basketball court on Concord Road on Nov. 7. Police have no suspects.

Sometime between Nov. 7 and 8, a metal table and damaged table base was taken from the exterior of Spruce on Church Street. Police have no suspects.
