Though the next Breakfast with the Mayors will feature only one mayor on site and another by video, Franklin Tomorrow’s quarterly gathering on April 30 promises to be packed with pertinent information, including a study on population growth and its effect on the economy.

Coffee and breakfast, courtesy of Community Coffee and Puckett’s Grocery & Restaurant, respectively, will be available beginning at 7 a.m. at Rolling Hills Community Church in Franklin. The program gets underway at 7:45 until around 9.

Williamson County Mayor Rogers Anderson will be in attendance, while Franklin Mayor Ken Moore is out of town and will share his thoughts via video.

The spring Breakfast will be highlighted with news and trends from three different fronts: the Williamson County Association of Realtors, Williamson Inc., and Franklin Tomorrow’s On the Table.

The WCAR will discuss the outcomes of a study titled “Population Growth & Economic Dynamics: A Case Study for Williamson County,” which was completed by the Jones College of Business and Economic Research Center at Middle Tennessee State University for WCAR.

“All information and data pertaining to the report from the WCAR will be released Tuesday morning,” said Staci Davis, operations administrator for Franklin Tomorrow. “They’re using Breakfast with the Mayors as a way to jumpstart the distribution of it.”

Williamson Inc. will discuss information presented as part of its Outlook Williamson event held Wednesday morning at the Factory at Franklin.

Finally, Franklin Tomorrow officers Allena Bell (president) and Mary Lee Bennett (vice president of strategic initiatives will be presenting further findings and a report from the nonprofit’s 2018 On the Table initiative.

Rolling Hills Community Church is located at 1810 Columbia Ave.

Breakfast with the Mayors is a free event, but those interested in attending are asked to RSVP.
