Brentwood is getting a much needed conference space. The Envision Conference Center held its grand opening Thursday at 9010 Overlook Boulevard in Brentwood.

Marketing Director and Events Planner, Tracy Simmons, provided a pre-opening tour of the swanky new conference space and this special, new building did not disappoint. The space contains more than 6,150 square-feet to serve groups up to 100 and is ideal for corporations, universities, hospitals, financial agencies and other organizations wanting a centrally located place to hold a board meeting, conference, lecture or class.

In addition to state-of-the-art technology and tools, multi-purpose spaces can accommodate various meeting needs, while Envision’s concierge staff will plan each and every meeting detail. The setup for each room is customizable for lectures classes, or interactive meetings with A/V capability and onsite IT.

The facility capitalizes on comfort, which is an important part of a healthy work environment. Envision includes a full catering kitchen, reception area, a break area well-suited for a coffee or snack break, and a beautiful courtyard for catching some fresh air. To top it all off, there’s even an extensive bocce ball court for those competitive business types to let off some steam.

Envision hopes to provide a relaxed space for local companies to conduct their business however they see fit. This state of the art facility is also connected with 10 preferred caterers so that clients can customize their experience right down to a pre-meeting meal.

“We saw a need from personal business experience and discussions with others in the area for a fresh new off-site facility,” VP of Development and Operations Olivia Ruth Tomlin said of her Envision brainchild. “Somewhere you can escape the office and be productive without having to worry about logistics.”

Envision is designed as an off-site meeting environment where professionals can meet, learn and be inspired, she said.
