E|SPACES will open its second Franklin location on Monday at 231 Public Square

Nearly nine months after E|SPACES announced plans to expand its portfolio of professional workspaces to Downtown Franklin, the 231 Public Square location will officially open its doors on Monday, Feb. 4.

The shared office space provider will be the second tenant to open its doors inside the redeveloped building. First Tennessee Bank opened its doors Jan. 22. First Tennessee was the anchor tenant of the building before the redevelopment project began in June 2016.

E|SPACES has another Franklin location at 1550 W. McEwen Dr., Suite 300.

Taking the entire third floor of the 231 building (12,000 square feet), E|SPACES Franklin offers meeting and office space for entrepreneurs, teams, companies and those who work remotely. Work areas are available for as little as $400 a month and a variety of meeting rooms can accommodate up to 16 people (available for hourly rental) with whiteboards and video conferencing capabilities. E|SPACES members get access to a range of amenities, including free parking, powerful wifi, coffee and snacks, printing and an IT helpdesk.

“Response to the Downtown Franklin location has been extraordinary, and affirms what we believed the business community needed here,” said Jon Pirtle, president of E|SPACES. “We’re approximately 60 percent leased already, which exceeds what we’ve done at any of our other locations prior to their openings. We have a wide variety of companies and professionals coming in, which fosters the unique, collaborative nature of our space. We anticipate that the remaining offices will be leased quickly after we officially open our doors on February 4.”

With office window views covering all angles of Downtown Franklin, E|SPACES neighbors in 231 Public Square will ultimately include two hospitality concepts (including a highly anticipated rooftop space), a First Tennessee bank branch and boutique shopping.

Downtown Franklin is the company’s fourth location in Tennessee, with an Orlando, Florida, E|SPACES opening in the near future. Members at one location have privileges at other E|SPACES, adding value to professionals who travel and seek quality space from which to work or host meetings.

E|SPACES locations are in Chattanooga, Cool Springs, downtown Franklin, and Nashville. The locations are designed to combines the functionality of executive suites, coworking space and shared offices to create a professional environment for entrepreneurs, small businesses and corporations.
