FIRST FARMERS AND MERCHANTS BANK
First Farmers and Merchants Bank –– a community bank serving Middle Tennessee with more than 23 banking locations in eight local counties –– has added five new team members to support its services in Williamson County and Maury County.

Randy Stevens, First Farmers’ chairman and CEO. “These new team members bring a depth and diversity of experience to the table that will empower us to continue providing top-tier service and sound financial advice for Williamson and Maury County customers. At the end of the day, our people are our priority, and these new team members embody that commitment.”
First Farmers’ new Williamson County team members include:
- Jennifer Shepard – Brentwood City President. Shepard will be developing and managing new business opportunities in the Brentwood area. Bringing 25 years of experience in financial planning and consumer, private and business banking, Shepard previously served as Financial Advisor for Pinnacle Financial Partners and Private Banker for Regions Bank. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, she has been an active member of Habitat for Humanity of Williamson-Maury Counties, Brentwood Noon Rotary Club, Williamson Inc. and Leadership Brentwood.
Emmett Webb – Commercial Relationship Manager. Webb is responsible for developing and managing First Farmers’ commercial banking portfolio. With a range of experience in financial services, banking, marketing and sales, Webb previously served in a Commercial Banking capacity at Community First Bank & Trust / Reliant Bank. He has also held Business and Commercial Banking Roles at Regions Bank and leadership roles at Wells Fargo Financial. He has been an active member of Williamson County Chamber and Spring Hill Chamber and a Founding Member of Spring Hill Kiwanis Club. Webb earned his Master of Science in information systems and bachelor’s degree in business management from Mississippi State University.
- Tina Lilly– Downtown Franklin Branch Manager. Lilly oversees the daily operations and growth of First Farmers’ Franklin branch. A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin, she previously assumed leadership roles at First Tennessee Bank and served as executive director of the Marshall County Art Guild and Gallery. In 2014, she was also elected to a four-year term as Marshall County Commissioner. Lilly is an ambassador for Williamson, Inc. and Visit Franklin and a member of the Franklin Kiwanis Club, Downtown Franklin Association and the 2018-2019 Leadership Franklin Class.
- Albert Lee– Mortgage Loan Originator. With more than 25 years of banking and mortgage experience, Lee expertly guides and supports customers’ loan application journeys. Lee most recently worked as Mortgage Loan Officer for Capital Bank/First Tennessee Bank and Castle and Cooke Mortgage. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, he earned his Bachelor of Science in mass communications with minors in management, marketing and industrial technology.
Additionally, First Farmers has added to its team in Maury County:
- Galen Longo– Private Banker. With over 15 years of banking experience, Longo develops private client relationships and provides banking services tailored to each individual customer’s needs. Before joining First Farmers, Longo worked as Financial Center Manager for First Tennessee Bank and Bank of America where he earned multiple awards for top performance over the course of his career. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Longo is a board member of the Columbia Kiwanis Club as well as an ambassador for the Maury County Chamber of Commerce.
