Franklin Police arrest man after two incidents of indecent sexual exposure at Williamson Square

Franklin Police announced Thursday afternoon they had caught and arrested a suspect accused of repeatedly revealing his genitals to women.

Police say the culprit is 27-year-old Arthur Westbrook, a resident of Antioch.

Westbrook was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of indecent exposure.

He is now free on a $1,000 bond, and is due in court on June 7.

In the first incident on April 9, police said the suspect exposed himself to a woman shopping in a Williamson Square store on Murfreesboro Road around 5 p.m. He was then seen running away down Southwinds Boulevard.

On April 20, he again, this time revealing himself with his pants down engaging in sexual activity to a woman returning to her car after shopping at Hobby Lobby.

He was inside his car, a red Ford Taurus.

Westbrook was arrested while at work inside a business on Murfreesboro Road, near where the crimes were committed.
