WILLIAMSON COUNTY ANIMAL CENTER

The Williamson County Animal Center celebrates Memorial Day by offering $25 pet adoptions, plus no-fee adoptions for all veterans, active duty military and first responders on Friday, May 24 and Saturday, May 25.

The shelter in Franklin is bursting at the seams with beautiful adoptable dogs, cats and kittens. Currently there are 28 dogs and 17 cats available for adoption, including energetic one and two year olds as well as senior pets. In addition, “Kitten Korner” has opened for the summer, and there are 13 adorable kittens available. All adoptable pets can be viewed at www.adoptwcac.org.

Williamson County Animal Center is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The shelter is located at 106 Claude Yates Dr., next to Franklin High School, and the phone number is (615) 790-5590.
