Ruby Jean Tomlin Maxwell, age 81 passed away peacefully November 11, 2018, after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was a transportation aide with Williamson County School System where she assisted with special needs children. She loved to fish with her family. She enjoyed watching NASCAR races. Ruby, “Granny” was a loving mother and grandmother and had a graceful smile that was loved by all. She was a member of Peytonsville Methodist Church.

(Bethany) Maxwell, Amanda (Adam) Bogle, Justin (Kayla) Maxwell, Katelyn Maxwell, Crystal Roberson & Angie (Nathan) Williams; great grandchildren, Karley and Jace Maxwell, Madi and Sadie Bogle, Lane, Lacey and Luke Williams, and Zaiden Maxwell.
Funeral services will be conducted beginning at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Kyle, Sam and Justin Maxwell, Adam Bogle, Nathan Williams, Jerry and Joey Glenn, Randy Giles, Daryl Waggoner and Michael Ross Giles. Honorary pallbearers will be Lewis Mosley, Reba Polk, Brenda Borgman, Elaine Glenn, Debbie Caldwell, Peggy Cook, Jeff Stem and members of Peytonsville Methodist Church. Memorials may be made to Caris Healthcare. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. on Monday and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at WILLIAMSON MEMORIAL
