The Carnton Sunset Concert Series ended its 2019 season with music from Resurrection-A Journey Tribute on Sunday, July 28.
The series raises money for the Battle of Franklin Trust, which operates Carnton and Carter House.
The concert, held on the east law at Carnton, included food from Grilled Cheeserie, Cousin’s Maine Lobster, Roadhouse Grille, Tchoupitoulas Street Snow Cones, Moosic City Ice Cream and Waffles, TN Cobbler Company, South Street Coffee and Pandy Cotton Candy. Specialty drinks were served, including margaritas provided by Chuy’s, mint juleps, Lynchburg Lemonade, and Carnton’s own Sunset Breeze made with Tito’s Vodka. Edelweiss Boutique also offered a unique shopping experience on the lawn.
