Reliant Bancorp to add Evolve Women co-founders to board

Local execs have held senior roles at Microsoft, Dell, KPMG, Consensus Point

The directors of Reliant Bancorp plan to bolster their ranks with veteran area executives Linda Rebrovick and Connie McGee.

McGee is the Eastern region sales director for Microsoft and specializes in working with health care and life sciences companies. Before joining the software giant in 2017, she worked at Intel, Dell/EMC, KPMG and AirStrip Technologies. She also leads Evolve Women, a foundation focused on promoting women in science and technology fields.

Rebrovick is president of Corporate Impact Consulting and board member of HealthStream, Consensus Point and Leadership Nashville. She has in the past held leadership roles with, among others, IBM, KPMG and Dell. She founded and co-chairs the Tennessee chapter of Women Corporate Directors and co-founded Evolve Women.

McGee and Rebrovick will stand for election at Reliant’s upcoming annual shareholders’ meeting. Word of their nomination comes about six weeks after the $1.7 billion Brentwood-based bank holding company said four directors, including co-founder Farzin Ferdowsi, would step down and shrink the board to 10 members.

“The addition of Connie and Linda to our Board of Directors would bring invaluable guidance and expertise as we continue to grow,” said DeVan Ard Jr., Reliant’s chairman, president and CEO. “If elected at our annual meeting, their cross-industry expertise and strong, extensive business backgrounds would prove beneficial.”
