From 9 a.m. until noon on Saturday, March 2, Centennial High School will be a one-stop shop for those interested in working as teachers for Williamosn County Schools.
The district is looking to fill teaching positions at various schools, including the new elementary school opening in the fall.
A separate career fair will be held in the summer for non-teaching positions.
Applicants should dress professionally and bring their resumes. Contracts will be offered the day of the event, and hiring bonuses are available for hard-to-fill positions.
“All 48 of our school administrators will be in attendance,” WCS Human Resources Recruiter David Harries said. “We are encouraging candidates from all over the country to come visit.”
School district spokeswoman Carol Birdsong said the district hires about 350 new teachers each year.
Centennial High School is at 5050 Mallory Ln, Franklin, TN 37067.
